How to Contact Us:
Please use the form below to contact us with your questions or comments. We read and answer all of our emails promptly.

Shipping & Tax:

- Shipping cost for Ground delivery on most items is between $7.95 and $11.95. NOTE: Some products may have additional shipping costs due to the extra weight or size of the item.
- We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. All orders shipped will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days for ground orders.

Tax will be collected for any orders shipped to the state of Utah (currently 6.10%)

Payments Accepted:

We accept all major credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.

We accept PayPal payments.

We accept cashiers check or money order:
Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart, then simply print the contents of your shopping cart out and mail us a cashiers check or money order for the final order price to: 4595 Hollow Rd, Nibley UT 84321. Sorry we do not accept personal checks.

Returns Policy:

15 Day Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund on the product total. All returned merchandise must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way. Please contact us before the 15 days is up so we can issue you a RA (return authorization) number.

Beyond the 15 day return time period:
If you changed your mind and it is after the 15 days, please contact us for a RA (return authorization) number. A restocking fee of 10-15% may be charged.

If item was damaged during delivery to you:
Please contact us with the details of the damage and we will work out a solution that includes either a replacement sent out to you or a full refund.

Your Information:
We do not share your personal data with anyone. We collect opt-in email addresses for our own internal marketing.

We use the industry standard security for your protection. All of your personal information, including credit card number, is encrypted so no one else can read it. See our Secure Shopping statement.
